Graeme Jones... needs no introduction to long term Latics fans. Jones signed for Wigan in 1996 and played alongside Roberto for the Latics and was a prolific goalscorer averaging almost a goal every other game.
After moving around both the English and Scottish leagues he left Hamilton Academicals to become Martinez's assistant manager at Swansea.Jones is a UEFA qualified coach and will be a major asset to the club.

Kevin Reeves... Reeves made his name at Man City, Norwich and Burnley and was one of the first million pound transfer players.
After periods as an assistant manager at Wrexham and Swansea, he then became chief scout at Swansea reprisisng a role he had at Stoke City. He has developed a reputation as an excellent scout and is credited with bringing players such as Bodde and Gomez to the Liberty Stadium.

Inaki Bergara... Bergara had a long and distinguished goalkeeping career in La Liga playing for Real Sociedad and Murcia amongst others. He joined Swansea after four years of working under Javier Clemente at Athletico Bilbao.

Oscar Brau...Brau has a unique role, as well as being Swansea's masseur he is the massuer to the national team of Andorra. He has also worked with the Romanian national football side, the Spanish youth water polo side and various star tennis players including Arantza Sanchez Vicario.

Closer to home, Martinez is linked with brining back another old boy in Graeme Barrow . Barrow who is currnetly on the managerial staff at Altrincham, would be another welcome addition to the staff and it is mooted that his role would be as reserve team manager.
