Gomez signs in

Gomez has signed a three year deal from Espanyol. The 23 year old Spaniard scored 14 goals for Swansea last season and is viewed as an exciting attacking midfielder.

Several other British clubs were interested in him but his links with Martinez, appear to have been a major factor in securing his signiture.
