Bramble Wants Wigan For Life

Wigan Athletic defender Titus Bramble says he wants to spend the rest of his career at the Latics and he is delighted to have penned a new three year deal at with the club that will see him through to 2012.

Bramble, who was Vital Wigan`s player of the season and also took a clean sweep at the clubs player of the season awards is obviously extremely happy at the Latics and he say`s: 'To have been linked with other teams is flattering but I didn't want to go anywhere else.

'I want to spend the rest of my career here.

'I think I showed last season that when a player is in a happy environment and playing week in and week out, it brings out the best.

'I was hoping to get the contract sorted out at the end of last season so I could have gone away and forgotten about it but I was only back a week and everything was completed so I am happy.'
