West Brom In For Marlon King

The Daily Mirror are reporting that Championship club West Bromwich Albion have made enquiries to take Wigan Athletic striker Marlon King to the Hawthorn`s on a season long loan to bolster their attack force following injury problems with Ishmael Miller.

It is understood though that King wants a permanent move away from the Latics following his loan spells at both Hull City and Middlesbrough last season and is reluctant to go out on loan again.

King as yet to feature in any pre-season games and did not travel to Austria with the Latics squad due to reasons outside of football.
