Wigan Athletic - Thomas Gets Man Of The Match

Wigan Athletic midfield man Hendry Thomas was voted man of the match by Vital Latics pollsters for his performance against West Ham in last Saturdays game at the DW Stadium.

The Honduras international is forming a very good central midfield partnership with Momo Diame and once again they were both dominant against the Hammers with Thomas solid just in front of the Latics back four.

His tackling is fierce and he very rarely miss places a pass, Thomas grows in stature with every game he plays, for the records here is the result of the poll:

Man of Match Vs West Ham

Hendry Thomas - 29%
Momo Diame - 20%
Hugo Rodallega - 9%
Jason Koumas - 7%
Paul Scharner - 7%

The new poll is available at the bottom right of this page and it`s asking who will win Saturdays game between Arsenal and the Latics at the Emirates Stadium?

Personal I see us getting a draw out of the game, having watched Arsenals Champions League game with Standard Liege they looked vulnerable at the back and key players are either missing, lacking fitness or lacking form, a great opportunity for the Latics to get something from the game and Martinez appears to feel the same saying we will be brave and not play for damage limitation.

To participate in the vote simply pick your choice from the options available and then hit the submit button, its that easy

I voted for Diame! He's a titan! Both are kind of amazing though.
