Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez reveals his ambition of striving for the Latics to become a top four club and refreshingly talking about making the Latics competitive rather than just surviving.

Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of the Arsenal clash Roberto says that if we are in the same league then we have to have the same purpose.
