Ken Barlow is Back in Town

Author Ken Barlow, who`s book 'Mild and Bitter Were the Days' is a must for all Latics supporters, will be doing a book signing (and selling) in the Supporters Club (Champions Bar) before the Chelsea game on Saturday from 1.30 - 2.30 p.m.

People can bring along their own copy if they've already bought it, but copies will be on sale there as well, they are £9.99. Ken is a Latics fan through and through, and the book takes a nostalgic look back to the 1970`s and what it was like being 16 in Wigan and supporting the Latics, it is a diary of events and there are some excellent Latics memories in there.

So pop into the supporters club before the game, meet Ken and get yourself a signed copy of his excellent book, or get one to put away for a Christmas present for someone special
