Hendry Thomas Wins Man of the Match Accolade

Wigan Athletic and Honduras midfield man Hendry Thomas was voted the Vital Latics man of the match in last weeks game against Chelsea at the DW Stadium which of course we won 3-1.

Thomas had a superb game in the middle of the park alongside Momo Diame and together they made their more illustrious opponents look very ordinary indeed, Lampard, Essien, Mikel and Malouda hardly had a look in all game and Thomas was ferocious in the tackle and his passing and movement was excellent.

The voting for the record was:

Hendry Thomas - 35%
Paul Scharner - 21%
Momo Diame - 13%
Titus Bramble - 11%

The new poll is available for you to vote in and is situated on the bottom right of this page. It is simply asking who will win tomorrows game at the KC Stadium between Hull and the Latics, to vote pick your option and hit the submit button, its that simple.

How proud I'm about my two countrymen (Figueroa and Thomas) playing at the premier league. Our country is going thru a difficult political turnoil and those news about them ease our pain. Our country needs them along with Palacios(Tottemham) for the next 2 games (U.S.A and El Salvador) and earn qualification for the world cup (Southafrica)

good luck with both the football, which is can be a welcomed distraction, and the current situation and turmoil in Hunduras to all our catracho friends
