'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Patrick Keane Vital Book Competition Winner

Vital Latics competition to win a copy of Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan`s autobiography is now over.

Congratulations go to Patrick Keane, more commonly known to Vital members as Y2J who correctly identified that Dave Whelan broke his leg playing for Blackburn Rovers and was the first person with the correct answer drawn out of the hat by my able assistant Mrs worbo.

Patrick wins a copy of Dave Whelan`s autobiography 'Playing to Win` which was very kindly donated by the Publishers Aurum Press, so a big thanks to them, and just a reminder that all proceeds from Dave`s book will be going to the Wigan Boys and Wigan Girls club, also it is a very good read.

So well done Y2J (Patrick) and enjoy your new book

The next competition will give you the chance to win ex-Latics star and Honduras midfield sensation Wilson Palacios` shirt from a game last season…watch out for that one coming next week
