Jason Scotland Looks Forward To Fulham

Wigan Athletic striker Jason Scotland says it will be good to be back home on Sunday as the team look to get the Portsmouth result out of their hair with a good performance against Fulham.

Scotland says that everyone was left disappointed on Saturday and that they will be fired up to put on a good show for the home fans and go for a win against a Fulham side who sit one place and one point above the Latics in the league table.

Scotland appreciates the home comforts of the DW Stadium; he says that the fans allow the team to play without putting any pressure on them and he really enjoys the fantastic atmosphere and he is quick to point to the great result against Chelsea as a special moment and hopes that there are many more to come.

Speaking to the Wigan Evening Post Scotland says: 'It's a big game for us, especially after the Portsmouth result'

'Everybody was disappointed at the weekend, so we'll be going for all three points this weekend.

'It'll be great playing at home in front of our fans, who are always chanting our name.

'They've allowed us to enjoy our football without putting pressure on us, and it's a fantastic atmosphere to have when you're playing.

'We've had some big teams come to play at the DW and we've been doing really well against them, so I hope the fans have been enjoying it so far and hopefully we can give them more enjoyable moments.'
