Wigan Athletic - Best of The Season So Far

With this week`s international break due to the World Cup 2010 qualifying play-offs its been a little quiet around the Latics world, so with a bit of time on his hands Mark Dawber, better known to vital members as laticfanatic88, who by the way is currently studying for a Mechanical Engineering degree at Southampton University, thought it would be a good time for fans to sit back and contemplate who has impressed them the most so far this season.

With 12 games chalked off we are now almost a 1/3rd of the way through and the new players drafted in have had time to settle down so who is making the most headlines for you, which player is your favourite in the first team squad.

Mark wants us to run a poll to find out who is the player of the season so far, so without further ado on the right side of this page is a poll simply select your option and then hit the submit button, I have already chosen mine, Hugo has been fantastic, Hendry and Momo are revelations, Titus is well Titus, but for me little Charlie N`Zogbia is the man who wins my vote for the best of the season so far. Who`s yours?

The Latics Hit 2000 Points Milestone

Wigan Athletic achieved their 2000th point as a league club in the 1-1 draw with Fulham

You must have some fantastic memories of games that we have achieved points in over the years, and you must have a favourite that sticks out, either from the mists of time like that first win against Rochdale or something more recent like breaking our hoodoo against Chelsea, why not jot them down and send them in and Vital Latics will publish them under the heading 2000 Memories.
