Wigan Athletic - Titus Looks to Birmingham

Wigan Athletic defender Titus Bramble says that the team need to build on the Sunderland win when they face Birmingham tomorrow and get the right result.

Bramble acknowledges that Birmingham have one or two good forwards, there is stalwart Kevin Phillips, Cameron Jerome and one time Latics target Cristian 'Cho Cho` Benitez, so the defence will need to be on their toes.

Speaking to the clubs official website Bramble says: 'We have Birmingham at the weekend and we've got to keep improving and use our experience from the Sunderland win to get the right result on Saturday.

'Their strikers are always going to be a handful, so Boycey and myself are going to be very busy and we'll have to be at the top of our game.

'As a back-four we've been playing together for some time, so we've got plenty of confidence and trust in one-another, especially at home and we're only going to get better.

'Momo and Hendry are a massive help in front of us, and when you've players of that quality in front of you it makes your job easier.'
