What The Bosses Say - Stoke VS Latics

Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez and his Stoke City counterpart Tony Pulis have both been speaking to the press ahead of tomorrow`s game at the Britannia Stadium, lets see what they had to say:

'Stoke have got quality in their ranks and a good mix of experience and know-how

'In the likes of Matthew Etherington, Ricardo Fuller and Mamady Sidibe they have some flair players who add to their blend. It's no secret why they've done so well over the previous seasons because they've found a winning formula and they go about that plan very well.

'When you look at their position in the league and their ability to cope against almost any team it speaks volumes of the work that has been done at the club."



Stoke boss Tony Pulis

'Contrary to reports, James Beatie has been coming in this week, but he had a small injection on Tuesday, so he has been given a couple of days off to recover. If he's fit though, he'll be involved in the team or the squad on Saturday.

'My whole focus since Monday has been on the Wigan game, because believe me it is a massive game for us and it's very important that we get the right result.'
