Birmingham Ready to Bid Big for N'Zogbia

The News of The World are reporting that Birmingham City are ready to offer Wigan Athletic £8 million for star Charles N`Zogbia less than a year since he arrived in a £6 million deal from Newcastle United.

The Frenchman has been in sensational form this season and another man of the match performance against Blackburn this weekend will have got the scouts raving.

According to the NoTW Birmingham boss Alex McLeish has been given a kitty of £20 million to spend this January and he is targeting N`Zogbia has a priority.

If there is any truth in this then the Latics need to be strong and send out a clear message that a player of N`Zogbia`s quality wont be sold and especially not for £8 million, in the coming months Martinez will need the 23 year old to keep his form and help steer the club clear of any relegation trouble.

Better tell them where to stick their 8 mil.
thayil
They have 20 mil to spend and we have a great player. Theres only one answer to 1+1
Wigan-NZ
he's our best offensive player, we'd be crazy to sell him for that little of a profit. maybe for double the 8m if he really wants to go but no less
fly eagles fly
how about a bid for Charles, Figueroa and Rodallega for the 20 millions??? werbo, you like it???
anggelo
The only players I want to see leaving are Gomez, and Scotland, but we can't even let them go as we'd be so short of numbers!
