Following yesterdays game at the DW Stadium between Wigan Athletic and Blackburn Rovers both managers spoke to the press, lets see what they had to say:
Latics boss Roberto Martinez :
'I think we were not happy with our first-half performance. We dropped our standards. Our second half was much better,' said Martinez.
'We created enough chances to win the game. To concede from a set-piece was disappointing. Overall it's about the second half.
'The reaction was there. Very pleased with the reaction and we'll build on that.
'Today we started poorly, the first half was not up to our standards and we finished the game really strongly and that's going to help us in future.
'Overall the way we finished the game, we had enough chances to score a second goal, was pleasing. It's a very busy period as we all know.
'It's halfway through the season and everyone will be ready. The way we finished the game was how we need to start games.'

Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce :
'I feel so sorry for the players'
'They've come out and played so well and created enough chances to see the game off.
'We've only got ourselves to blame. Fate is not in our favour at the moment. An example of that is Benni McCarthy's overhead kick late on. I don't know if Chris Kirkland knew much about it.
'The chances came and went. Unfortunately we only had a bad ten minutes at the start of the second half and we've let a goal in.
'It's a difficult place to play, but it's frustrating that we've not won. It puts that extra pressure on us for Monday.
'It's such a cruel league. If you don't take advantage of your chances you'll be punished. Today we only have ourselves to blame.
'We must take great encouragement from the performance. We had many other opportunities to have scored a second that would have killed Wigan off.
'It's really a great shame for us today.'
