N`Zogbia Looking For Way Out?

Wigan Athletic midfield man Charles N`Zogbia has given indication that he would be interested in a move away from the Latics to Premier League rivals Birmingham City if a transfer fee could be agreed between the two clubs.

The Frenchman has been Latics most consistent and most creative performer this season turning in great displays week after week and to lose a player of his ability and quality would be a catastrophic blow to our chances of survival.

N`Zogbia himself says that he is very frustrated with how the season has turned out and he is disappointed with the results so far, speaking to the press he said: 'If a chance comes up for me to join Birmingham, and the deal is to Wigan's advantage, then why not?'

'Birmingham have made a very interesting start to the season, and now everything will depend on how ambitious they are.

'Wigan's season has been very disappointing.

'We give our all in matches, then end up with just one point or none at all.

'I feel frustrated. We lack consistency.'

I think it's quite obvious that our quality players are all frustrated....Zog, Rodallega, Scharner and Figueroa in particular. If we don't string together wins...then I see it very hard to make them want to stay or even play to their full potential. They are desparately needing better support from the other players and more often then not are trying to carry the team over the line. Martinez needs to strengthen our side substantially....because quite frankly, we just don't have a strong starting 11.
