Bruce Believes He's Captured Figueroa
According to reports in the News of the World Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is said to believe that he has captured long term target, Wigan Athletic left back Maynor Figueroa.
The news paper claims that the Latics and Sunderland have agreed on a fee of £6 million which will see the Honduras international follow his ex-boss up to the North East, if the report is true then Figueroa will have played his last game for the club.
This move would open the door for Sporting Gijon and Spain under 21 left back Roberto Canella to make a £4 million switch from La Liga to the Premier League as he is being lined up as Figueroa`s potential replacement.

He cost less than 4 million didn't he? Palacios cost less than a mil. I thought Figgy was about the same?
