Rodallega Courted By Villa and Liverpool

Wigan Athletic and Colombia striker Hugo Rodallega is a 15 million target for both Aston Villa and Liverpool according to the Daily Mail.

The 23 year old hit man is Latics leading scorer this season with 8 Premier League goals and he hit the winner last Monday as Liverpool were beaten 1-0 at the DW Stadium.

Both Villa boss Martin O`Neill and Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez will have money to spend this summer and it is being speculated that Rodallega is at the top of their shopping lists.

He has a lot of potential, but 15... Don't think Villa would spend that kind of money. Liverpool are not going to take that kind of gamble; few too many overpriced failures of late.

15 million, DW would snatch their hands off, any cheap strikers out there we can sign as replacemnts?

I'd love to have him and from what I've seen he would fit perfectly in our set up. Not sure if MON would offer more than 10m though.
