N'Zogbia Doubt Ahead of Burnley Clash

N'Zogbia Doubt Ahead of Burnley Clash

Wigan Athletic are sweating over the fitness of this seasons star performer Charles N`Zogbia after he was forced to retire early due to injury in Tuesdays defeat to Aston Villa at the DW Stadium.

It is the 2nd time in three weeks that the 23 year old attacking midfield player has been injured during a game following his substitution at half time in the clash with Birmingham at St. Andrews a couple of weeks ago.

Latics boss Roberto Martinez is worried about the availability of his star man has he prepares his team for Saturdays showdown with local rivals and fellow strugglers Burnley at the DW Stadium.

Speaking to the press Martinez says: 'Charles very rarely has to come off in a big game, so seeing him come off is a very big concern.

'The injury he picked up against Aston Villa was a big negative for us.

'We'll just have to see if he is OK for the weekend.'
