Hugo Rodllega in Gunners Sights

It is being reported that Arsenal are lining up a £10 million swoop for Wigan Athletic leading goal scorer Hugo Rodallega.

The 24 year old Colombia international is said to have impressed Gunners boss Arsene Wenger with his displays this season though with the Latics thick in a battle to keep their Premier League status all talk of transfers will be put on hold until the clubs future is decided.

Arsenal have reportedly tied up a deal with Bordeaux forward Marouane Chamakh who is available on a free transfer with the Morocco international being out of contract in the summer and Wenger wants Rodallega and Chamakh to head up the Arsenal attack next season.

Latics will see a £5.5 million profit on Rodallega in less than 18 months following his move from Mexican club Necaxa in January 2009.

Would be nice if we could keep Rodallega and sell Koumas to Arsenal, would they notice?
