Momo Diame Latics MotM At Fulham

Wigan Athletic midfield man Momo Diame was voted man of the match for his performance at Craven Cottage on Sunday by visitors to Vital Latics.

Diame put in another solid display in the centre of the park and he has grown in stature as the season as progressed, with Diame alongside McCarthy in the Latics midfield we certainly have two for the future.

For the record the voting was:

Momo Diame - 54%
Victor Moses - 16%
Jason Scotland - 12%

With just five games left and things very tight at the bottom of the table it is going to be an interesting few weeks until the season ends, for my money Pompey and Burnley are already gone so that leaves one from Hull, West Ham, Latics, Bolton and Wolves

There are just 5 points separating Hull from Wolves and the Tigers have a game in hand, out of the five clubs we probably have the best run-in whilst Bolton have a bit of a stinker

I feel that a win and a draw would see us safe on 35 points but you just cant tell.

So our next poll which is available on the right side of this page is asking how many points will you need to be safe this season? Like I say I`m going for 35, that would leave Hull needing to win 3 of their last 6 games to overtake us, just isn`t going to happen.

To participate in the poll simply select your option then hit the submit button, its that easy.
