'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wigan Athletic - Terraces to the Taproom

On Friday 16th April at the Bellingham Hotel Wigan
7.30pm - 11.30pm

After the resounding success of last year`s event, Mudhuts Media is proud to announce the return of its widely acclaimed 'Terraces to the Taproom` evening. A live event where the spirit of football fanzines is brought to life in a celebration of the beautiful game locally, nationally and globally and brought to you by the people behind Wigan Athletic`s fanzine The Mudhutter.

With music, comedy, sketches, visuals, poetry, readings from forthcoming books and Q&A`s with special guests including former Latics players it promises be another entertainment filled and memorable evening.

In a year when football truly demonstrates what a global game it is, and as the greatest football competition in the world awaits us this summer, we take an offbeat look at World Cup`s past and present. There will also be lyrical waxing on matters closer to home in a celebration of Wigan Athletic`s history past and present. The Mudhutter takes you on a journey back to the terraces of a non league Springfield Park and brings you right up to date with a look at football in the 21st century.
Tickets purchased in advance are priced at just £3 which includes half time pie, a copy of the latest issue of the fanzine and a programme (£4 on the night if any tickets remain)

NUMBERS FOR THIS EVENT ARE RESTRICTED. TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT BOOK EARLY. BUY TICKETS ONLINE AT www.mudhutsmedia.co.uk or email admin@mudhutsmedia.co.uk for further information. You can also pay in advance at the Bellingham Hotel by leaving money at reception. Your tickets will be despatched prior to the event.
