Charles N'Zogbia Arressted!

It is being reported by several news outlets that Wigan Athletic player Charles N`Zogbia has been arrested for allegedly attempting to get a friend to sit his driving test.

Reports say that he got a friend to sit his theory test for him and when N`Zogbia turned up for his practical driving test yesterday (Wednesday) morning at Sale Driving Test Centre the police were waiting for him.

A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: 'At about 8.30am on Wednesday, 21 April, police working alongside the Driving Standards Agency arrested a 23-year-old man at Sale Driving Test Centre on suspicion of fraud by false representation. The man has been bailed until 3 June pending further inquiries.'

Arrested thats a tad harsh isn't it. A fine would be more suiting to something like that.

This Government chooses to Benefits Claims for foreigners in all Languages, who have never worked here, so why does not does the theory test in French for Charlie who had paid his taxes and continues to pay his taxes.
ZAKIDAMAN
Wonder what the possible jail term/fine is?

He's a bloody pillock - this isn't a benefit to keep you alive, it's a licence to be in control of a ton of quickly-moving metal. If you can't pass it, then you shouldn't be driving, full-stop.

Most drivers have never done a theory test in this Country, so don’t give me that about driving a ton of metal. It’s a poor test and Most English speaking people can pass it easily. I’ve heard of Asians having stand INS before, and though it’s not right, it doesn't stop them driving safely if they pass a proper practical test. But that wasn't my point. Charlie most likely could pass the test due to a language problem, and not inability. It may be its the English language that he's un sure of and if it is, then like I said, we are bloody quick to make sure foreigners can have Benefit Claims translated to their own language, about 8 different languages in all at the cost to the tax payer, so why not the driving theory test. After all, I'm driving in Germany and Austria in June and I don’t have to take their theory test in Germany, or any other European country or indeed anywhere in the world. Poppy cock and regulations to suit.
ZAKIDAMAN
If its true he's attempted to fraud, pure and simple, probably get a fine and a slap on the wrist, deserves to as well, sounds like he's been stupid to me

gotta larf - wot a cad he is!
merlin
If he's lived and played football in this country for six years and can't understand English well enough for the theory test, then he's probably too dim to be driving a car. And no - despite your views on "foreigners" (that I believe are verging on racist), it's nothing like a benefit claim.
