Latics Can Prepare For 6th Premier League Campaign

Wigan Athletic will be competing in their 6th consecutive Premier League campaign next season, 2010/11 following this weekends results which make it now a mathematical certainty that Roberto`s team will achieve the season objective and avoid relegation.

With Hull losing to Sunderland and Liverpool hammering Burnley 35 points, Latics current total is enough for safety.

I for one never had any doubts whatsoever over this outcome and now we can look forward to kicking on in the next campaign
