Hugo Confirms Arsenal Interest

Wigan Athletic striker Hugo Rodallega has confirmed what Vital Latics reported back in April that Arsenal have made an offer for the Colombia international and he is weighing up his options but hasn`t said that he will definitely be leaving the DW Stadium this summer.

Speaking to the Sun Hugo says that he is unsure where he will be next season but didn`t dismiss continuing his career at the Latics where he finished the clubs leading goal scorer this last season with 10 Premier League strikes to his name.

Speaking to the Sun Hugo said: 'I don't know if I'll stay at Wigan but I do know Arsenal have made an offer for me'

Will he stay or go? My money is on him leaving

I would swap him for Vela any day.
Standish mon
That wouldn't be a bad deal.

I feel like his agent told him Arsenal were interested to get him psyched for a move and then was going to bait and switch say like "Oh but look wouldn't you love to play in Ukraine, it's still champions league" or something like that, but Hugo said it to the press? Who knows, doesn't seem quite legit to me though?

This won't happen. I would be very very surprised if Rodallega is an Arsenal player next season.

Ditto.
