Latics Keepers Go Head to Head
Wigan Athletic keepers Vladimir Stojkovic and Richard Kingson go head to head today as Serbia face Ghana in group D`s opening game in World Cup 2010.
The two merry shot stoppers have both had an indifferent time at the Latics, Stojkovic carried the can for a couple of defeats and a few goals when making his four appearances for the club but with 33 international caps for Serbia he must have something, mustn`t he?
Kingson like his opponent has made just the four appearances for the Latics but with 75 caps for Ghana and a wealth of tournament experience behind him again we could be missing something with the 32 year old keeper. Maybe not.
Anyway for those interested they will be facing each other in Pretoria today with coverage live on ITV from 2:20, kick-off is at 3pm and watch them both have stormers.

I like Kingson, he is much better than Pollit and Stojkovic!

Kingson was decent stopnotalotavic didn't have a lot to do apart from the penalty which he was never going to save in a million years.
