Rodallega Linked With Villa Move

Rodallega Linked With Villa Move

Wigan Athletic striker Hugo Rodallega is back in the news today with speculation linking the Colombian hitman with a move to Premier League rivals Aston Villa once again making the gossip columns.

Rodallega himself suggested earlier this year that he would be making a big money move away from the DW Stadium during the close season and Arsenal were thought to be the front runners for his signature though Villa were linked back in May.

With Mauro Boselli joining the Latics from Estudiantes the club may well be looking to recoup some of the transfer fee they paid for the Argentina international and Rodallega certainly is an asset that would fetch a good fee on the open market.

Would prefer him to stay but if we could get a decent offer then I'm sure he'll be off

I'd prefer him to stay because if we lose N'Zogbia and Rodallega, I think we might just be in a spot of bother because who would partner Boselli up front?...

Really don't want N'Zogbia to go, don't think Rodallega is good enough for Arsenal or Villa for the money we want, hope we don't get donkey Heskey back in a swap, hope we off load the Swansea failures & think Moses could be big next term with the two, hopefully, young scots

Moses - Boselli - N'Zogbia up top I wouldn't be too upset about. £15m for Hugo is a lot. Would rather Hugo and Zog stayed to give us some attacking options though.
