Marseille Set to Offer £8.5 million For Le Zog

Marseille Set to Offer £8.5 million For Le Zog

Wigan Athletic winger Charles N`Zogbia is set to become the subject of an £8.5 million bid from the Champions of France Marseille, so long as they can raise the money.

With Champions League football beckoning and an offer getting close to what the Latics value N`Zogbia at it would be likely that the deal would go through especially with the French born 24 year old getting the chance to return home.

Since joining the Latics back in January 2009 N`Zogbia has enjoyed a good period in his footballing life and last season under the guidance of Roberto Martinez the France under21 international flourished in the freedom of his role wide right in the Wigan attack.

£8.5 still not enough in my opinion, would hold out for more like £10 mil, but ideally wouldnt sell at all

£8.5 mill seems cheap, but at the end of the day it's all up to Mr Whelan..

As long as we get a good figure for him and an ample replacement, I'm a happy man. Perhaps a direct swap deal?
