Ali Al-Habsi, Latics Man of the Match v Spurs

Ali Al-Habsi won the supporters vote for the Wigan Athletic man of the match in Saturday`s away win at White Hart Lane against Spurs, the Omani international produced a great goalkeeping display as he kept his second clean sheet in as many games.

The 28 year old shot stopper brought an air of confidence to the defence with an assured performance, marshalling his back four and pulling off two top draw saves to ensure that the Latics took all three points.

Al-Habsi is going to take some shifting from his position in the starting eleven and Chris Kirkland could find himself on the sidelines for some time to come.

For the record the voting was:
Ali Al-Habsi - 78%
Hendry Thomas - 4%
Hugo Rodallega - 4%

The new poll is available to vote in on the right side of this page and its asking what position do we need to strengthen before the window shuts at 5 pm on Tuesday?
