Charles N'Zogbia in Marseille Link Again

Wigan Athletic player Charles N`Zogbia is reportedly once again considering his future at the Latics with the Daily Star claiming that the flying Frenchman could be set to join Marseille in the January transfer window.

Following a large amount of speculation during the summer and the fact that Latics accepted a Ł9 million bid from Premier League rivals Birmingham City, only for N`Zogbia himself to jeopardise the move that he appears to have not really wanted, there is always going to be speculation of a move this window.

French Champions and Champions League contenders Marseille are a different kettle of fish though and a club that you get the feeling N`Zogbia would jump at the chance to join.

The one cap France international has been in sparkling form this season and the Star quote N`Zogbia has saying that although Wigan may be a stepping stone in his career he will always give 100% in games.

According to the Daily Star, N`Zogbia said: "Wigan`s just a stepping stone.

"They know very well I`m not a player who is going to stay at the club.

"I give 100 per cent on the pitch, but, if there`s a bigger club that wants me, the manager and the president have always told me the door is open for discussion."

Personally I think he'd be better waiting until the summer, for all concerned

Perhaps it would be helpful to bear in mind that it's the world-renowned and utterly reliable Daily Star that has started this story off!

We would get mo0re in January than next summer because prices go way high in the January market.
