Vote for Your Latics Man of the Match

Vote for Your Latics Man of the Match

Picking a man of the match from yesterdays game against West Ham for me is easy, there were two main contenders, Ali Al-Habsi and Tom Cleverley

Al-Habsi pulled off a fantastic point blank save from Piquionne and he couldn`t be faulted with any of the West Ham goals but Cleverley shaded it with an all round performance that showed the rest of the team up.

Cleverley was committed and direct, he played with a desire to win the game and kept going when some of the more illustrious and experienced members of the team let their heads go down.

The young midfield man also scored a great goal and won the penalty when he took some responsibility and ran into the box committing Gabbidon in to a clumsy challenge, so it`s Cleverley for me but who is your Latics man of the match?

Not too many to choose from I know, but if you can pick one then why not vote in our poll on the right side of this page, just access the poll, select your option and then hit the submit button, it`s that easy
