Wigan Athletic Transfer Tittle-Tattle

The Mail are linking the Latics with a move for Blackburn player El-Hadji Diouf, that is if his agent can negotiate a free transfer for the Senegal international, I hope this is complete and utter rubbish, if Blackburn offered us £3 million to take him I still would say no.

Sources in Scotland say that we are set to make an offer for Hearts left back Lee Wallace and, apparently, he is a player that we have been watching for a while.

Coventry City have apparently rejected a £1 million bid from the Latics for their want away keeper Keiren Westwood, who is out of contract in the summer, they have told Roberto Martinez `£2 million or forget it`

Pascal Feindouno is spending the week training with the Latics and the former St. Etienne star is desperate to make an impression and earn a contract.

Meanwhile Hamilton boss Billy Reid wants to take Jon Routledge back on loan for the rest of the season after the Latics youngster had a successful spell at New Douglas Park in the first half.
