Vote For Your Latics Player of the Month

January was a mixed bag for Wigan Athletic with a win in the FA Cup but draws and defeats in the league, but there were still some good performances throughout the month and the possible emergence of a player for the future, Callum McManaman.

The young striker made a goalscoring start at Hull in the cup and featured off the bench in a couple of league games, but his performance in the 4th round of the FA Cup at Bolton won him rave reviews, he ran central defenders Zat Knight and David Wheater ragged and he was very unlucky on two occasions not to have put the Latics through to the next round.

Ali Al-Habsi was for me the player of the month though, he produced a level of consistency that was excellent, he was in fine form and his displays between the sticks won points for the Latics without any doubt.

So it`s Ali for me, who is your choice? To participate simply access the poll on the right of this page, select your option and hit the submit button, it`s that easy.
