Latics United Getting Soulful This Friday

Sick of the same old routine on a Friday?

Chippy tea followed by double Corrie then whatever rubbish the kids want to watch?

Well, if you`re of a Soulful disposition why not do something different for a change and get yourself down to the Whelley Ex Servicemans Club, Vauxhall Road, Scholes ( behind the Indian ) this Friday, the 25th of February.

You can hear only the finest in Northern and Crossover soul courtesy of the Orrell Soul Club and First Avenue resident DJ`s and what`s more, it`s all for a great cause - the Anthony Ramsdale Appeal Fund, helping raise funds for a severely disabled Wigan lad.

Talc flinging starts at 7:30pm and the bar is till 12.

It`s a fiver on the door but get there early as the last one was absolutely rammed.

Even if Northern Soul isn't your thing, it's still an excellent opportunity to pop out for an hour or two, have a chinwag with some fellow Latics faces as we continue to build solidarity between our fans uniting in our support of a great cause

If you can`t make it but would like to donate to this wonderful cause anyway, look to the right hand side of the page on the Latics United website. There you`ll see a "Donate" button - click that & simply fill in the amount.

For more details, ring 07930 307960.

Watch out for more exciting news about the next Latics United event and idea coming soon. We think you'll all like it
