Boselli Scores As Argentina Lose

Wigan Athletic striker Mauro Boselli may have had a miserable time in the Premier League, but it looks like he made an impression in his loan spell at Genoa, the former Estudiantes player won his 3rd international cap when he lined-up for his country in tonights friendly against Nigeria.

Not only did Boselli start the game but he also finished it and scored Argentina`s only goal on the night with a penalty deep into stoppage time at the end of the game, Nigeria won 4-1 against an under strength Argentina

Latics attacker Victor Moses didn`t feature for Nigeria.

Nigeria: Enyeama; Yobo, Taye, Ambrose, Okonkwo; J. Mikel Obi, Joel Obi, Kalu Uche, Ike Uche; Obinna, Anichebe (Emenike 44)

Goal - Uche 9 & 39, Obinna (pen) 27, Emenike 52 mins

Argentina: Gabbarini; Zabaleta, Garay, Fazio, Insua; Belluschi, Tino Costa, Bolatti; Gaitan, Boselli, Perotti

Goal - Boselli (pen) 90 mins

Well, there's a good example of football opinions: One for, one against and one on the fence. (I'm with DLC, btw, so that's two `for`.)

You can see when you watch him that hes a quality player! I say we give him time, it would be great if he could find his form for us!
