Latics Linked With Hearts Youngster

Wigan Athletic are showing interest in Hearts winger David Templeton according to reports in Scotland.

The 22 year old had an excellent season for the Edinburgh club last time out and he was nominated for the PFA Young Player of the Season 2010/11.

Templeton has made 53 appearances for Hearts scoring 9 goals and he has also represented Scotland at under 21 level, reports are suggesting that the Latics have made a bid, but there is no official confirmation at this time.
