Vote For Your Latics Man Of The Match v Swansea

The Latics played out their second draw of the season in as many games with the goalless match down in South Wales against Swansea City.

By permission of Bernard Platt/Wigan Athletic

A shaky start with little buzz or energy about the team gave cause for concern, but after the break the Latics stepped it up a bit and created some chances, Jordi Gomez and Victor Moses both hitting the woodwork and Ben Watson having a penalty saved by the impressive Michel Vorm in the Swansea goal

Ali was solid in goal and Figgy was the pick of the back four for me, I thought Gomez showed glimpses and Di Santo worked hard, but my man of the match was Victor Moses, he looked our most dangerous player throughout the game, even when he was injured late in the game but soldiered on because all the subs had been used.

So Moses is my man of the match, but who was yours, to vote access the poll on the right side of this page, select your option from the list and then hit the submit button, its that easy

Di Santo always works hard but lacks the end product - a bit like a slightly less talented Kevin Doyle. Cheap buy with a bit of potential but I still think we should be exploring Sammon in some of these games to bring on and liven the game up some
