Ray Wilkins On Midfield Generals

Ray Wilkins On Midfield Generals

Ray Wilkins who is involved with the Great Football Experiment has been talking exclusively to us at Vital about what it takes to be a midfield general. Something he knows a lot about having played for Manchester United, Chelsea, AC Milan, Paris St Germain.. need I go on? Really? Ok then, Rangers, QPR and England. Not to mention his coaching work.. oh and he was the voice of the tango man as well, maybe I digress a little too far on that one!

Anyway, makes for an interesting listen.

they don't make them like Wilkins anymore, sadly. So who is your midfield general and who is the best one you've ever had?!

For me Graham Kavanagh, he'd be the last player that played for us that you could call a midfield general,
