Latics Move For Giovani Dos Santos

Latics Move For Giovani Dos Santos

Wigan Athletic are being linked with a move for Tottenham Hotspur and Mexico international midfield man Giovani Dos Santos.

Reports in several media outlets say that the Latics are attempting to sign the 22 year old on a permanent deal, but there is competition for the former Barcelona mans signature from Seville, Espanyol and Udinese.

Dos Santos has never settled at Spurs since his £5 million move back in 2008, he`s made just 10 appearances for the North London club, the winger has had more success on loan, at Racing Santander, whom he joined in January this year, he made 16 appearances scoring 5 goals.

The youngster has 49 international caps for Mexico and 11 international goals.
