This seasons Wigan Athletic home shirt hits the shops today (Saturday) and at £39.99 for an adult and £29.99 for a junior, it is one of the cheapest Premier League replica tops around.

Latics fans were a little disappointed that the shirt wasn't in the shops before the season started, but according to the club's Marketing manager Neil Ryan this was due to issues beyond their control, Ryan said: 'Having worked hard with our kit manufacturers MiFit we are delighted to have been able to get the new home shirt on sale earlier than first announced.

'We would have much preferred to set an even earlier date but issues out of our control have prevented that, however we anticipate a fantastic response from our loyal fans who have remained patient and supportive during this time.'
