Victor Moses Looks Forward To Visiting Palace

Wigan Athletic travel to South London tomorrow night to face Championship side Crystal Palace in the 2nd round of the Carling Cup. Palace have started this season off quite well and they were unfortunate to lose to Leeds on Saturday, so the Latics shouldn`t take them lightly

Over the past few seasons there have been a few players making their way from South London to Lancashire, Fitz Hall, Emmerson Boyce, Ben Watson and Victor Moses have all left Palace for Wigan, Moses was the last of the quartet to join the Latics and he remembers his time at Selhurst Park fondly.

Speaking to the Latics official website and looking forward to the game Moses said: 'It will be emotional going back to Selhurst Park as I was there four years and they're a great club, but I'm a Wigan Athletic player now and we have to go there and get a result.

'I enjoyed my time down there and they gave me so much help in my development, but I definitely want us to win the game and hopefully continue our great start this season.'
