Chris Kirkland's Loan Cut Short - Wigan Athletic
Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Chris Kirkland has ended his loan spell at Championship side Doncaster Rovers after just one appearance for the South Yorkshire club and he's returned to the Latics less than a week after leaving.
Kirkland played in Doncaster's defeat to Leeds on Friday night and apparently his problem back complaint flared up again following the game, after discussing the situation with Doncaster manager Dean Saunders the former England international cut short his stay and is back at Christopher Park having treatment
