Wigan Athletic Signed Shirt Up For Grabs

Fancy getting hold of a Latics shirt signed by all the Wigan Athletic squad, a special shirt to boot (the one with the poppy emblem)? Well if the answer is yes get yourself down to the Ben Johnson pub on Warrington Road, near Sainsbury's in Marus Bridge tonight.

A charity evening in aid of Cancer Research will the order of the night, local lass Donna Smith is all set to have her hair not only cut off but also shaved in an attempt to raise as much money as possible for such a worthy cause, her boyfriend is being supportive by having his legs waxed! Come on fella, if you`re really supportive go for the full body wax...ouch! There will also be karaoke galore on what promises to be a fun evening.

There will be an auction which will include an official Wigan Athletic shirt with 'Maloney 10' on the back, signed by the Latics squad, a Premiership football that was used on the day (Wolves game) also signed by the Latics squad, another Wigan football which is also signed and (booo!) a signed St. Helens rugby league shirt.

The fun starts at 7:30pm until late. As well as karaoke, nibbles will be supplied and there will also be a raffle with various prizes from Wine to Chocolates to bits and bobs.

All the donations and funds raised will be going to Cancer Research and a local bereavement charity.
