Callum McManaman Man Of The Match v Swindon

Callum McManaman Man Of The Match v Swindon

Wigan Athletic striker Callum McManaman won the man of the match vote for his performance in last Saturdays FA cup 3rd round defeat to League 1 side Swindon Town

McManaman, who spent the first half of the season on loan at Blackpool, was one of the few Latics players to come out of the game with his head held high

The young striker gave the Latics a first half lead, knocking home after Ben Watsons penalty kick had struck the post, his all round play, especially in the first half was very good and, going off this performance, he will be a great addition to the squad for the remainder of the season

For the record the voting was:

Callum McManaman - 77%
Ali Al-Habsi - 6%
Jordan Mustoe - 4%

McManaman - Bright spot on a dull day
