Hugo Set To Go - Wigan Athletic

Wigan Athletic all time Premier League record goal scorer Hugo Rodallega has spoken about his future and declared that whatever happens next season he will be playing his football away from the DW Stadium

' No issue with him, he has honored his contract and deserves a lot of respect for being such a great player! Will miss him though'

The Colombia internationals contract expires at the end of the current season, Latics boss Roberto Martinez has stated in the press that he wants Rodallega to stay through this current transfer window, even if that means losing him for nothing in the summer

Rodallega has been speaking to Colombian radio station, Caracol, and says that he has already talked with a number of clubs about his future, but, through respect for the Latics he refused to name them, though he did say 'My contract at Wigan runs out at the end of May and I hope this situation gets resolved - but I can already say these are my last three months with Wigan'
