Speculation Grows Around Hugo Rodallega

Wigan Athletic and Colombia striker Hugo Rodallega is the subject of a flurry of speculation, the all time Latics leading Premier League goal scorer has reportedly been the subject of two separate bids from two unnamed Premier League clubs.

QPR are believed to be one but the other is a bit of a mystery, press reports have Rodallega linked with both Liverpool and Everton, also in one publication a move to Bolton with Kevin Davies coming the other way in part-exchange was suggested.

The strong rumour tonight is Fulham have submitted a £3million with the added bonus of Andrew Johnson being offered to the Latics as part of the deal. Now that appeals to me, especially with Hugo out of contract in the summer, a bit of cash for him won't go a miss and in Johnson there would be a ready made replacement with not only top flight experience but a proven ability to find the back of the net.

Is it that way to Fulham?

Johnson and £3m for Hugo, where do we sign?
worbo
I'd drive Hugo to Fulham myself and bring Andy back as Hugo's hardly been on fire this season - been disappointing in all honesty but his injury didn't help in fairness either.
robin
i would just take the £3 million and tell them no thanks for johnson, hes not worth the wages.

I will share the driving with robin. The sooner Hugo goes the better.

I seem to remember we've provided transport for Johnson before - and he took a detour to Everton and signed for them instead.
