Latics Fans Not Counting Their Chickens Yet

Wigan Athletic fans are certainly not counting their chickens if our last poll is anything to go by, just 20% of those who voted reckoned that we had already done enough to stay up, 64% say not yet, and that is loud and clear

Sitting in relative comfort in 16th, three points clear with two games to go, one against already relegated Wolves, Latics fans could be forgiven for thinking that the job has already been done, I suppose the experience of past relegation scraps tells a different story

There will undoubtedly be a couple of twists and turns before the final whistle blows next Sunday, looking back to last season and how the bottom three seemed to change by each of the ninety minutes of Survival Sunday should ensure that complacency is not part of the equation as far as the Latics are concerned, there is a job to be done, so lets do it
