What a fantastic performance by the Latics to clinch Premier League safety for another season, Blackburn may not be the best team the lads have faced this year but there was still a job to be done and they did it in a very professional manner

The standout performer for me was Gary Caldwell, he led his troops like the captain that he is, kept the team focused and gave a great all round display
