Interesting..... Would you guys want to hold onto him regardless of value? If not, what level do you think you'd see him leave for? 12m? 15m? Would he actually want to leave to become part of a rotation system at Chelsea?

I guess it depends on how much we expect to get for him if a tribunal decides his fee at the end of his contract next summer, but I would imagine we would accept an improved bid not much higher than the reported 10m. Being a fourth or fifth choice winger won't help his development, but I'm sure he won't mind if he's tripling his wages.

@J_Mo, I don't really know much about him, but I think he can play backup striker. So that suits us...as we have Torres.

I'd think he'd be a replacement for Kalou

he will most likely be a replacement for sturridge. With the current situation at the bridge, RDM don't clearly rate sturridge and with the rumors of a PSG bid of 43m for Hulk, we are looking at alternatives for our RW role ( a position that Moses excelled last season for the latics).

He's not good enough for Chelsea yet. Not just saying this with my Wigan tinted glasses on but from his point of view he needs to play first team football in the premier league for at least 1 more year maybe even 2. We will now find out if he wants to be a top class footballer or if hes in it for the money.
