Wigan Athletic Latest Transfer Rumours



Wigan Athletic are being linked with moves for two players from across the pond. There isn't much news on incoming players at the DW Stadium, but scouring the news sites there are a couple of rumours that are doing the rounds

Reports are suggesting that the Latics have offered £3million for Guatemala international Marco Pappa who currently plays in the MLS with Chicago Fire

24 year old Pappa is a midfield player who started his career off as a winger, its reported that he has also attracted interest from Newcastle, Villarreal and FC Twente

The second player reported to be interesting the Latics is Colombia international striker Darwin Quintero

24 year old Quintero is currently playing in Mexico with Santos Laguna

Think you have been linked to Anichebe lately and I have heard that there is some truth in these rumours. Apparently Martinez is a fan of Anichebe (why, I have no clue) and is considering a bid when Moses probably leaves.
